Bank Jatim Board of Directors Acquire Shares to Demonstrate Commitment to Sustainable Growth

SURABAYA, May 19, 2026 – PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim) has demonstrated its strong commitment to the company’s performance and future prospects through a share accumulation initiative. This action also reflects a strong sense of ownership and management’s confidence in Bank Jatim’s business fundamentals and long-term growth potential.
Bank Jatim President Director Winardi Legowo purchased 500,000 shares of the company. This was followed by Vice President Director R. Arief Wicaksono, who increased his shareholding by 860,000 shares, bringing his total ownership to 2,718,600 shares.
Meanwhile, Bank Jatim Director of Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional Banking Arif Suhirman increased his ownership by 1,687,500 shares, consisting of 847,500 shares purchased at IDR 590 per share and 840,000 shares purchased at IDR 585 per share. As a result, his total shareholding now stands at 5,335,000 shares.
Furthermore, Bank Jatim Compliance Director Umi Rodiyah purchased 1,032,000 shares at IDR 580 per share, increasing her total ownership to 2,170,300 shares. At the same time, Bank Jatim Director of IT, Digital, and Operations Wiweko Probojakti acquired 110,000 shares at IDR 580 per share, while Retail and Sharia Banking Director Tonny Prasetyo purchased 103,000 shares at the same price of IDR 580 per share.
Winardi explained that the share purchases made by the Board of Directors reflect management’s optimism regarding the company’s sustainable business growth. He added that this move also serves as a positive signal to investors, demonstrating management’s strong confidence in the company’s performance, good corporate governance practices, and its potential to enhance shareholder value over the long term.
