ATM Bank Jatim: The One card for all.

With ATM card of Bank Jatim, the customer may do the followings:

  • Withdrawal at any ATM with logo of Prima and ATM bersama
  • Transaction of cash, transfer, balance check, and payment for Telkom, PBB, HP, SPP, and airtime purchase
  • Purchase at the merchants with logo of Prima debit and BCA debit

ATM of Bank Jatim can be used for other ATM card from other banks which is connected in the network of the followings:

  • ATM Prima: BCA, BII, Permata, OCBC NISP, Mega, etc
  • ATM Bersama: Mandiri, BNI 46, CIMB Niaga, HSBC, Panin, Danamon, etc

ATM Bank Jatim can also be used to make cash withdrawals at the ATM terminal Malaysia across banks incorporated in MEPS and Bankcard logo

ADM (Automatic Deposit Machine)

ADM is receiving machine banknote deposit linked to savings accounts Simpeda and Siklus savings. Conditions money that can be deposited by ADM is a sheet of Rp. 10,000, Rp. 20,000 Rp. 50,000 and Rp. 100,000,-

ATM Tips :

  1. Do not write your PIN number on your ATM card or anywhere near your ATM card;
  2. Do not lend your ATM cards to others;
  3. If your ATM card in the ATM machine gets swallowed, consider some of the following steps for the security of your ATM card:
    • Immediately contact the call center of Info Bank Jatim on 14044 to block ATM card
    • Make sure that call center’s officers of info bank jatim have blocked your ATM card
    • Do not inform your ATM cards PIN even to Bank Jatim Officers. PIN number only for customers and confidential
    • Bank Jatim Officers would never inquire ATM cards PIN for any purposes
    • Should there is a sticker on site ATM / flyer / brochure that requires you to contact a call center or SMS center in addition to the info bank jatim in 14044, it can be confirmed that the number is false and and very likely to be indicated as fraud/crime

ATM Debit GPN

A card-based payment instrument that can be used for cash withdrawals and/or fund transfers, balance inquiries, payments, and shopping at ATMs with the ATM Bersama, PRIMA, LINK, and GPN logos.

MAIN PRODUCT FEATURES

1. GPN Debit ATM Card Types:
a. Silver;
b. Gold (SIMPEDA and SIKLUS Account users);
c. Priority (Priority SIKLUS Account users);
2. GPN Debit ATM Card Categories:
a. Insta
b. GPN Debit ATM Cards (Silver and Gold) without displaying the name of the customer/cardholder,
where the card issuance process is faster compared to regular ATM Cards.
c. Regular
d. GPN Debit ATM Cards (Silver, Gold, and Priority) that display the name of the customer/cardholder on the
front of the ATM Card, but the customer/cardholder must place an order in advance
through Service Assistance.

BENEFITS

The presence of a Bank Jatim ATM PIN makes Customer transactions safe and comfortable. It can be used on EDC machines in Indonesia with the GPN, PRIMA, LINK, and ATM BERSAMA logos.

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

  1. Bank Jatim customers visit the Branch Office to apply for a Debit ATM Card;
  2. Bank Jatim customers (having a Savings/Current account) attach the following documents:
  3. Valid official identity card (original and photocopy);
  4. Passbook (original and photocopy);
  5. Valid KITAS/KITAP/KIMS/Passport (specifically for Foreign Nationals).
  6. Fill out and sign the specified documents and/or forms.
